- We do Basic GAP Audits to see where the GAPS are to correct.
- Developing and Implementing of your Occupational Health and Safety System (This will include all relevant legal documentation required for your industry).
- Development of shortfall documentation (Legal Appointments, SHE Plans etc.).
- Site Audits to develop Emergency Evacuation plan and procedures as well as implement all relevant measures and training to conduct fire drills etc.
- Conducting HIRA and implementation of Daily Risk Assessments to minimize risk.
- Training matrix development to ensure relevant competencies are in place and aligned to competent person as per OHSA.
- HSE Consulting.
- Incident Investigations.
- Various assistance with all relevant reports and documentation.
